Editorial Standards
These rules govern every guide on Remote Control Cars Blog. Last reviewed: May 16, 2026.
Accuracy
- No fabricated prices. Pricing and ratings live on Amazon — we never invent or freeze them.
- No fabricated ratings. If we score a product, the score reflects hands-on or category-level review, never a number we make up.
- No exact, model-specific speed claims unless the manufacturer publishes them. We use categories: slow, mid, fast, very fast.
- Every product link discloses its affiliate status near the block, plus once site-wide in the footer.
Safety
- Every battery section names the LiPo handling rules: balance charger, storage mode, fireproof bag, never unattended.
- Every driving guide names the basics: not on public roads, supervise children, beginner speed limits while learning.
- We refuse content that encourages overvolting beyond ESC ratings, charging damaged packs, or trespassing for track access.
Independence
- Editors do not accept paid placements or sponsored slots.
- Affiliate revenue funds editorial work but does not decide rankings.
- We do not publish AI-generated guides without an editor reviewing every claim.
